Shipping Policy
All orders are subject to a processing period of up to 5 business days before shipment.
After dispatch, delivery times are estimated between 7 and 21 business days. These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to customs inspections, carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or high shipping volumes. Such delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or chargeback while the order is in transit.
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for timely delivery rests with the shipping carrier. A tracking number will be provided when available, allowing the customer to monitor the shipment status.
Orders may not be canceled or modified once they have been dispatched. Any delivery issues must be addressed directly with the carrier using the provided tracking information.
